  When we receive your Subscription choice and payment, we will contact you by Text or Phone to set up your first appointment.

  At your first appointment your HouseHero Technician will take an        inventory of your Filter sizes, Model numbers, Number of Smoke        Alarms etc., other appliances (# of Dryers, HV/AC Units,                    Refrigerators, Water Softener, Central Vac systems etc.), and              apprize you of any add-on costs to your monthly subscription if          required.​ Your HouseHero Service Tech will also generally perform      your fist filter replacements and salt delivery including adding salt      to the softener if needed (if you chose our Home Systems or              Premium Plan).

  That's it! Now simply let your home's new Hero handle it from here.    We will schedule all of your maintenance items throughout the year    and you just sit back and relax knowing it all handled for you.
